Booking terms and conditions
  1.  All bookings are to be made using the booking form and should be accompanied by a deposit cheque of £50 (made payable to P D & Y J Morey). This will be returned to you after your holiday unless you cancel your booking, cause any damage to the property or fail to leave it in good order after your stay.

  2. Payment is to be made in full by cheque (made payable to P D & Y J Morey) four weeks before the start of your holiday when you will receive a confirmatory letter/email and instructions on how to find The Snug. Please note that this payment must be for the full amount of the rental. Your deposit cheque will be returned to you provided the property has been left in good order. Bookings made less than four weeks before the start date should be accompanied by a cheque for the full rental plus a £50 deposit.  In the event of you subsequently cancelling your holiday within four weeks of the start date, 50 per cent of the rental will be retained and your deposit returned unless the property is re-let in which case all money will be returned. If you cancel more than four weeks before the start date all money paid will be returned. It is recommended that you take out holiday cancellation insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  3. The key to The Snug can be picked up from the owners on arrival.

  4. All weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Please arrive no earlier than 3pm on the Saturday for weekly lets and vacate the property by 11am so that it can be cleaned for the next guests. Arrival and departure times for short lets/weekend breaks are by arrangement.

  5. Bedding linen and towels are provided.

  6. Please report any damage or breakages.

  7. There is no smoking allowed in The Snug or the grounds.

  8. Sorry, no pets.

  9. The Snug accommodation is for a maximum of two adults (double bed) and two children (in 5ft 6ins bunks), although a cot and high chair are available if a baby is also in the party.

  10. While visitors are free to use the garden and grounds they do so at their own risk and it is recommended that young children are kept under supervision at all times.

  11. In the event of complaint please tell us about it during your stay and we will endeavour to solve the problem. No complaints will be considered after the end of your stay.
