Case study: GeoWear are a company based in the Scottish Highlands and dedicated to providing specialist clothing and accessories for home gardeners and landscape professionals. They came to us with some basic design concepts already in place, but unsure as to how to implement them. After an initial consultation, Magento was selected as the ideal ecommerce platform for delivering the required functionality. Because of the large catalogue of products on offer, it was essential to provide users with advanced search options, including the ability to narrow down searches based on brand, garment type, gender and other specific attributes. A product image zoom-in function and front page image slider was also required, as well as a blog and newsletter template. Each category within the store was to feature an individual header image to help it stand out: professional photoshoots were carried out in order to provide high quality images, which were then carefully integrated into a bespokely designed Magento template. The resulting visual impact is elegant and enticing, making for a highly satisfying browsing experience. What we did: Created bespoke Magento template, configured product catalogue, extended Magento core functionality to include product slider, enhanced zoom-in feature, promotional gift option and blog, designed and configured bespoke newsletter template.

We would like to thank Glauco Di Lieto and the team at WebRightNow for producing a bespoke website for GeoWear that is not only practical and functional, but also contemporary, individual and elegant. We are extremely pleased with the results and would be delighted to recommend their services. They had an expert and intuitive understanding of our specific needs and produced a website that was delivered on time, on budget and far in excess of our expectations. If you are seeking a professional company that works to the highest standards of integrity and excellence and trades on the ethos of exemplary customer care, look no further than WebRightNow.

Case study: Glasgow specialist recruitment and training company Ready2Recruit had a particular requirement for their website: they needed the ability to keep an easy to update, easy to browse database of jobs, preferably with the option for users to apply online and upload their CV without having to exit the site. This was achieved with a specific WordPress plugin, tailored to the client’s needs.

What we did: Integrated existing logo into a bespokely designed WordPress template, configured job board plugin, developed Flash banner, integrated social media links.

I recently hired Glauco and the team at WebRightNow to create a new website for my company. From the initial contact through to the launch of the site, I have been incredibly impressed at the dedication, expertise and passion that Glauco has for web design as well as his knowledge of what would work best for us. We had a pretty tight budget and WebRightNow worked within this for us too. They’ve worked day and night to get the site operating in record time and I would have no hesitation in recommending Glauco and WebRightNow to anyone looking to create or re-vamp their website. Perfect service!

Case study: A local East Dunbartonshire business needed an integrated website and blog to advertise their trail running coaching services and events. WordPress was chosen as the perfect platform to provide an easy to update CMS. We created a fresh, uncluttered template based on the concept of a runner being shadowed by a coach. A logo was also bespokely designed and a contact form and photo gallery added.

What we did: Designed bespoke WordPress template and logo, installed and configured CMS including contact forms and photo gallery.

I was looking for a local web design business to create a web presence for Trailquest Running. Right from the word go, Web Right Now could not have been more helpful. The service provided was professional, painless and fantastic value for money. Web Right Now has provided me with a fantastic fully functioning website and blog looking just the way I wanted it within a few weeks of first contacting them. On going support has also been second to none, and I have no hesitation in recommending Web Right Now should you be looking for a website designer.

Case study: The web presence for this Glasgow security firm was built from scratch. They had an existing logo and specific brand colours which formed the starting point for a completely bespoke design. Once approved, the design was applied to WordPress, allowing the client to take complete control of the website.

What we did: Designed bespoke WordPress template, created Flash banner, installed and configured CMS including contact forms and navigation menus.

Using the Web Right Now team to create a website for my company couldn’t have been easier, I supplied them with my company logo and the text and a few weeks later I had a fantastic web site. I have recomended them to other businesses and would recomend them to anyone who is looking for a web designer, thier customer services is second to none and I got great value for money.

Case study: A simple, fresh design was needed for this brand new Hertfordshire based business offering mobile teeth whitening. We went with a blue and white theme, think toothpaste adverts, lots of bright smiles and bold graphics. WordPress was the CMS of choice. Facebook and Twitter icons and widgets, along with a built-in blog, give the website strong social media integration.

What we did: Designed bespoke WP theme, designed new logo, installed CMS, configured Blog page and social media widgets.

Case study: This is an e-commerce website with a difference: amongst various physical and virtual products, Dance Online sell downloadable dance classes. Their requirement was for an integrated e-store and community portal, packed with information, forums and fun activities. Above all, it had to be highly scalable.

What we did: We built this e-commerce store on Magento and integrated various extensions to allow the creation and easy maintenance of forums and information pages. We also designed the logo and banners.

Case study: Dining Chair Direct sells premium quality faux leather chairs and headboards at affordable prices.
We built an eCommerce site that not only displays their current range of furniture, but also allows for easy updating and catalogue expansion.
The project started with logo and brand development. As well as the design and layout of the pages, we created a series of banners for sale items and special offers. We optimised the code and content for search engines and configured a Pay-Per-Click campaign.

What we did: Installed and configured eCommerce system, designed logo, template and banners, performed SEO and SEM.

Will definitely recommend to any business looking to revamp or create a brand new website. It has been a stress free process with so much help. They were very good at explaining the technical terms and jargon as I was very new to the website building process. I got exactly what I required and much more!! Also communication was great throughout the process, always keeping me up to date. I must say I was a little bit nervous about using an online based company but Web Right Now were more than helpful and willing to experiment with different designs until I was happy. What can I say, excellent service and value for money!

The Snug
Case study: Phil and Yvonne had decided to let part of their Norfolk home to the holiday market, and they needed a simple design showing off the property’s extensive features and the beauty of its surroundings.
Using The Snug’s many photos as inspiration, we designed an eye-catching but uncomplicated layout and allowed the images to speak for themselves.

What we did: Designed logo; designed and built HTML/CSS pages and Flash backround sound (yes, the singing birds); integrated Flash photo gallery, availability calendar, enquiry form and Googlemap.

For personal reasons, Phil and Yvonne have now decided to stop renting out The Snug, so they have asked us to close down the website. They have kindly agreed to let us keep a dummy version on our own domain for demonstration purposes.

The website WebRightNow have designed for The Snug is exactly what we wanted. They took our original brief and worked closely with us, making excellent suggestions for improving the design and content. The website is beautifully laid out, is easy to access and read, and gives potential holiday makers all the information they need to learn what is available and how to make a booking. It has been praised by people who have viewed it and has achieved the aim we had for it – as I write this I am waiting for new guests to arrive!

Case study: This was a really fun pro bono project aimed at raising the profile of a toddler playgroup based in Lenzie, East Dunbartonshire. The group is run by volunteers and until we stepped in there was no mention of it on the web apart from an online directory where it was listed as “believed to be folded” which it certainly wasn’t.
As well as general information pages about the group, its schedule and location, we wanted to include tools that would allow the members to communicate easily.
We created a forum and a news page with support for member login, avatar creation, posting and editing on-the-fly.

What we did: Installed WordPress blog system, created a completely bespoke template and configured forum and gallery plugins.

Case study: This Italian hearing aid business had been trading successfully for 40 years but didn’t yet have a web presence, which was threatening its position in an increasingly competitive market.
The owner had little knowledge of the Internet but a surprisingly clear idea of the look he wanted to achieve: a simple yet animated site, with a visual representation of soundwaves.
Given the target audience, it was also crucial to meet all accessibility guidelines.
We combined XHTML and Flash animation to achieve the desired result.

What we did: Designed and built XHTML/CSS pages, Flash intro and animations.
